Friday:
- If you're in the mid cities, The Gallery at UTA is opening a faculty exhibit, their 9th annual Biennial.
- UnNatural Disasters, an artist's "commentary on the world," is opening in UTD's Visual Arts Building.
- Jane Jones and Sharon Serrago display "Colors of Italy," presenting work created in Italy for the 2nd year. The exhibit takes place at Artists' Showplace.
Saturday:
- It's the Fort Worth Art Dealers Association's Spring Gallery Walk! Participating galleries include: The Fort Worth Community Arts Center, Edmund Craig Gallery featuring featuring Hyn Jou Lee, Galerie Kornye, The Upstairs Gallery, Rose Marine Theater, The TCU art galleries, and William Campbell featuring Julie Lazarus: Abstracted Reflections. The Amon Carter and the Modern will also both be open during the gallery night. Most of the FWADA members will be open for Spring Gallery Night, even if they don't have a specific show scheduled. Check the official site for openings and closings.
- There is a reception at Holly Johnson Gallery for Casey Williams who is exhibiting new works.

- Jim Woodson's Continuous Mediating Contingencies, paintings of the high deserts of Texas and New Mexico, is opening at Valley House Gallery and Sculpture Center.
- Photographs Do Not Bend is opening Igor Malijevsky's photo exhibition The Signs I challenge everyone to say Malijevsky 3 times right in a row without spitting on someone.
- Vincent Falsetta and Justin Quinn are both opening shows at Conduit.
- There is an opening reception at Artizen Fine Arts for the exhibit Breathing Space.
- Onyeka Ibe (pronounced "ebay") is opening a show at Thornwood Gallery.
- Marty Walker Gallery is opening a show of prints from Beatriz Milhazes, Polly Apfelbaum, James Nares, and Roland Fi, as well as featuring work by Alison Elizabeth Taylor.
