Bennigan's has partnered with the North Texas Food Bank and "Oprah's Big Give" to donate $10,000 and to collect peanut butter for children in need. Across North Texas, various businesses, schools, and faith groups are teaming to host peanut butter and fund drives to support North Texas Food Bank's "Food 4 Kids" program.

All 20 Dallas-Fort Worth area Bennigan's are collecting jars of peanut butter to support the North Texas Food Bank's "Food 4 Kids" program. Food 4 Kids provides nutritious nonperishable food to thousands of elementary school children in the greater Dallas area who are at risk of going hungry over the weekend. Kid-friendly food items are provided to the child in a plain backpack every Friday afternoon during the school year and brought back empty every Monday morning to be refilled.

Bennigan's is accepting peanut butter in jars 18 ounces or smaller; in plastic containers; and with no refrigeration required. Guests who donate a jar of peanut butter will receive a free Mozzarella Cheese Sticks or Chips and Salsa appetizer. Donations are accepted March 24-April 20 during Bennigan's normal hours of operation.
