Video Saturday: Why “Prison Break” moved to Dallas

Aside from Big D being AWESOME, apparently Dallas looks like everywhere and nowhere in particular, which makes for an excellent film set.

This weekly video feature will usually include an embedded video, however we had issues embedding this one. This is a pretty cool little behind the scenes bit about the TV show "Prison Break" and why they decided to move filming from Chicago to Dallas. Yes, the Chinese subtitles are a little annoying but you forget they are there after a minute. There are also two references to "Walker, Texas Ranger," which was also filmed in Dallas.

Sorry folks, looks like "Prison Break" is <a href="http://www.zap2it.com/tv/news/zap-foxordersfourthprisonbreakseason,0,3552252.story">moving again</a>. So much for the set not looking like LA. And here's another <a href="http://www.eonline.com/news/article/index.jsp?uuid=6eff00a0-d23a-4324-8aba-e17b53f55ab9&amp;entry=index">snippit</a> of what's coming in season 4.

I really liked season one. Season two jumped the shark and season 3 was downright unwatchable. Considering the low ratings, I'm flabbergasted there is a season 4 with 22 new episodes! Epic fail.

How does a show like they get renewed for 22 more episodes and the last season of the Wire (aka the greatest show to ever air on television) is actually compressed down from 13 to 10 episodes?
