Lancaster may have its first African-American mayor
LANCASTER Among local races that stand to be decided May 10, Lancaster may have its first black mayor, and Duncanville's council, which is frequently divided 4-3, may see a shift in power. Brian Allen of Best Southwest Citizen discussed these races during Pegasus News on the Tube.

Early voting continues through Tuesday; election day is Saturday.
