DALLAS According to this post on the Texas Startup Blog, it appears Dallas-based Christian Youtube.com knockoff Godtube.com has recently received over $30 million in funding from hedge fund GLG Partners.
While there's no news yet on GLG's website about the transaction, it shouldn't come as any surprise to those who have been following the meteoric rise of Godtube.com. Within a few months after going live, Godtube.com was already raking in the viewers. GLG will likely be the first of many to put their cash behind the internet startup in the coming months.
