Two children rescued from filthy Dallas home
Two children, ages 2 and 5, found living in a Dallas home in the 3500 block of Holmes Street that was boarded up and strewn with trash and overflowing toilets were rescued by Dallas police Wednesday afternoon.
Gregory Amphy, the father of at least one of the children, was arrested when he came home while police were getting the children out of the house. He faces multiple charges, including child endangerment and resisting arrest.
