2008 Euless election results
Though no one found the time to run against Euless Mayor Mary Lib Saleh, two of the city's council seats were up for grabs this election season.
The results:
Incumbent Place 2 council member Leon Hogg held the reigns of his seat, beating opponent Lorren Britton with 63.89% of the vote (or 554 out of the total 867 votes cast).
Place 4 candidate Donna Mickan scored a victory with 57.64% (or 558 out of a total 968), beating challenger Jay Heilman by a pretty narrow margin.
Meanwhile, a three-way race for Place 6 on the Hurst-Euless-Bedford School Board saw Andy Cargile winning with 58.67% (or 2,008 of the 3,422 votes).
