Chef at Craft Dallas headed for Craft in Atlanta
DALLAS — Kevin Maxey, the chef at Craft Dallas, is headed to the new Craft in Atlanta, as first noted by Overheard.
The Atlanta Craft is at the Mansion on Peachtree, which is a Rosewood property. The restaurant won't open until October, but Maxey is leaving the first week of June to get things set up, according to a Craft spokeswoman.
He'll be replaced by sous chef Anthony Zappola who moved here from New York to open Dallas.
