Dallas-based Dave & Buster’s has database hacked
Dallas-based Dave & Buster's reportedly had their database broken into by losers hackers during a five-month period in 2007. The thieves, who have since been arrested, apparently installed so-called "packet sniffers" on servers at 11 locations which collected customers' credit card numbers, expiration dates and security codes (but not their names).
The thrill of playing carnival games passed me by when I was, oh, about 13, so this doesn't affect me, but I do feel sorry for all those suckers people who fell victim to this dastardly scheme. Next time maybe you'll think twice before trying to win tickets for that big stuffed bear. (Hat tip to Unfair Park for the heads-up)

Pavel Lishin says:
"Sorry, D&B's, I highly doubt grown men have this much fun playing pop-a-shot."
You forget, they serve booze.
