On Tuesday, May 14th, a Richardson ISD substitute teacher was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in class.
Mr. Thomas Brownlee, who was teaching at Parkhill Junior High, was found to have slurred speech, alchy-breath, and when tested by a school officer, was too smashed to safely conduct the tests.
