On Saturday, May 17th, NRH2O Family Water Park will open its gates to kick off its 14th season! The park opens for the weekend and then opens daily beginning on May 24th. The 17 acre waterpark offers plenty of water and fun to keep your family cool all summer long. With over 20 waterslides including the world's largest uphill watercoaster, a 200,000 gallon wave pool, children's area and more, you're sure to beat the Texas heat.

While NRH2O is not adding any new physical attractions this year, the park is adding new events and will be showing fireworks displays on the third Saturday of June, July and August. Guests can float in the wave pool and watch fireworks light up the sky on June 21, July 19 and August 16.

In 2007, NRH2O added a new four lane racing slide, the Accelerator, in addition to new shaded seating areas. Prior to the Accelerator, the park revamped its children's area, opened a catering facility and two new group pavilions in 2006 and NRH2O's Frogstein's Splashatory attraction was introduced in 2004.
