Sex offender arrested while in Tarrant County custody for an affair with his jailer
A Tarrant County jailer mistook psychopath Miller for a real Don Juan.
FORT WORTH — The S-T reports that sexually violent repeat offender Wesley Wayne Miller was arrested Tuesday night while in jail for having an affair with his jailer. The affair violated Miller's civil commitment order, which forbids his contact with potential victims. The sheriff's employee with whom Miller allegedly had a relationship has been suspended.
