Flower Mound Fire Department hosts storm-spotter class Tuesday, May 20
FLOWER MOUND The Flower Mound Fire Department will host a storm spotter class at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20 at Central Fire Station, 3838 Forums Drive. The class, facilitated by Gary Woodall with the National Weather Service, will teach participants about various types of severe weather including what conditions are present during these events and the invaluable service that storm spotters provide for their communities. Upon completion of the course, individuals will have the knowledge available to serve as a storm spotter. For more information about storm spotting, visit www.srh.noaa.gov/oun/stormspotting.
