Dallas VA Medical Center re-opens after 45-day closure
DALLAS The Dallas VA Medical Center reopened its psychiatric ward. The Center was closed in April after four patients committed suicide. Inspectors visited and made various recommendations including adding video cameras and removing metal trash cans. However, two of the patients committed suicide after they left the facility.
