HKS wins Dallas County Jail contract
DALLAS Dallas County has awarded the contract to design a jail unit for mental health and medical care of inmates to Dallas-based HKS. The project is expected to cost $39 million. The design will be completed by June 2009 with groundbreaking in September 2009 for a projected 2011 opening.
