Texas Attorney General raids close multiple video gaming locations owned by Dallas-based Aces Wired, Inc.
DALLAS State officials Wednesday raided and closed Ace Gaming Amusement Center locations in five cities statewide, including Dallas and Fort Worth, following an investigation by Texas attorney general Greg Abbott. Warrants alleged illegal gambling, money laundering, and organized crime. Aces Wired, Inc. officials say their operation was legal because patrons were not awarded cash or gift certificates.
