Duncanville ISD announces Teachers of the Year
DUNCANVILLE — Duncanville ISD Elementary and Secondary Teachers of the Year were announced at the Employee Appreciation Banquet, held Thursday evening. Hyman Elementary 2nd grade bilingual teacher Michael Gaitan (pictured at left) was selected as Elementary Teacher of the Year.
Duncanville High School art instructor John Tahaney (pictured at right) was selected as Secondary Teacher of the Year. Both of these fine educators will represent our district at Region 10 Teacher of the Year competition later this year. Congratulations!
