Despite protests, ExxonMobil annual meeting perpetuates status quo
DALLAS At ExxonMobil's annual meeting Wednesday in Dallas, shareholders voted down all proposals to strengthen environmental requirements and change the corporation's power structure. This, despite the fact that activists and protesters outside the meeting hoped for more.
