Dallas man breaks world record for most surgical piercings at one time
Wuss.
Robert Rubio always wanted to make something of himself, he told WFAA (click link for video and photos). So for his 37th birthday he made himself a pincushion. Rubio broke the Guinness world record for most piercings at one time. Set in 2003, the previous record was 745 surgical needles piercing one's tender flesh. Rubio, with the help of Dream Tattoo in Arlington, set the bar considerably higher at 900 needles penetrating his mortal skin.
Is Dallas slowly becoming the destination for breaking ridiculous world records? One can only hope the answer is "yes."
