City of Heath goes ahead with regularly-scheduled council meeting in spite of everyone else in the country being all caught up in presidential election hooplah

This may be how the Heath City Councilfolk learn the results of the presidential election on the morning after their (election day) meeting.
This may be how the Heath City Councilfolk learn the results of the presidential election on the morning after their (election day) meeting.

While most eyes (and heart and minds) will be centered on sweating out the results of tomorrow's (Nov. 4) election results, Heath City Councilfolk will be spending some time in regular session, starting at 7:30 at City Hall.

The primary topic up for discussion and requisite action involves the annexation of various tracts of land, including a resolution addressing development agreements.

There will also be the proposed designation of an official newspaper for the City of Heath for fiscal year 2008-09; talk of options for a future ground storage reservoir; a report involving signage issues in the vicinity of Terry Lane, Lemley Drive and Peninsula Court (i.e., "the street formerly known as St. George Ln."); and authorization of a contract for electricity provision to the Cities Aggregation Power Project, Inc., a.k.a. "CAPP."

Maybe they can get city secretary Stephanie Galanides to shout out state electoral results as they filter in...
