Lupe Valdez elected as Dallas County Sheriff
Valdez defeated Lowell Cannaday by a 55% - 45% margin.
Dallas County Sheriff Lupe Valdez (D) was re-elected Tuesday, defeating Lowell Cannaday (R) by a 55% - 45% margin.
