Rep. Ralph M. Hall elected to U.S. House of Representatives District 4 seat
Incumbent Rep. Ralph M. Hall (R) was re-elected to the seat in the U.S. House of Representatives District 4, garnering 68% of the vote to defeat Glenn Melancon (D), and Fred Annett (L).
