Wendy R. Davis elected to Texas Senate District 10 seat
Wendy Davis (D) was elected to the Texas Senate District 10 seat, garnering 49.89% of the vote to defeat incumbent Kim Brimer (R) and Richard A. Cross (L).
Brimer vowed to keep fighting Davis' eligibility in the event that she won.
