Keller votes against new stadium, for district growth
On Tuesday, Keller residents voted against the proposed $25.6 million bond package to build a second football stadium in the district. Until 2010, all four high schools, including Timber Creek High set to open in August, will compete at the current 8,000 seat stadium at Keller High School.
Keller voters did, however, vote in a $142 million bond package to pay for new schools, technology upgrades, and security upgrades in the district.
