Rockwall residents approve $100 million bond package
Voters approved the package with 68% of the vote.
On the ballot Tuesday for Rockwall County residents was a $100 million bond package to improve 35 miles of roads including parts of State Highways 66 and 276, FM740 and FM549. Voters approved the package with 68% of the vote. The rest of the $310.3 million cost will come from state and federal money.
