Construction on Mockingbird in Highland Park may be finished before December
The construction project on Mockingbird Lane in Highland Park is ahead of schedule. The construction was originally supposed to be finished in April, but now it's looking like they may finish as early as November 22. Is this the first time in history a construction project will finish sooner than expected?
