Los Angeles Clippers 103, Dallas Mavericks 92
The Los Angeles Clippers quenched a six-game losing streak and grabbed their first win of the season on Sunday afternoon against the Dallas Mavericks. The fourth quarter was all over the map, as Dallas went on an 8-0 run to tie the game up. Following a timeout, however, the Clippers answered with a 13-0 run to put the game out of reach.
Dirk Nowitzki led scoring with 33 points and seven rebounds, while Jason Kidd added seven points with nine assists. Gerald Green, the hero/near-hero of previous games from the bench, started over the sore-wristed Josh Howard. Baron David led his Clippers to victory with 22 points and 10 assists.
