Anti-saggy pants rally on Saturday at Dallas City Hall draws 100 people
DALLAS Dallas City Council member Dwaine Caraway continued his ongoing campaign against saggy pants by leading a rally on Saturday that drew more than 100 people to City Hall. That's a pretty good turnout.
