Two digital ad agencies fighting in Dallas courts
Agency.com, a digital ad agency that used to have an office in Dallas, is suing rival agency iCrossing in a Dallas state court, accusing their former CEO, Donald Scales (who just so happens to now be the CEO of iCrossing), of stealing employees and clients. Agency.com says that it was forced to close its Dallas office because of Scales' manipulation.
Oh, what a tangled web we weave...
