Fort Worth’s Southside Preservation Hall hosts “Beauty and the Beast” fundraiser
Looking for an entertaining way to spend your Friday night while simultaneously supporting the arts in North Texas? Look no further than "Beauty and the Beast: A Fundraiser," whose title says a lot, but not quite enough:
The event happens on Nov. 14 at 7:30 p.m. at Fort Worth's Southside Preservation Hall (1519 Lipscomb Ave.), and includes a dinner served up by Vance Godbey's along with musical performances by local musicians Sheran Goodspeed Keyton, Ginny Mac and Fishfry Bingo. Says here "the night will be filled with celebration, laughter and unexpected festivities." Hm.
Your $35 individual ticket purchase ($60 couples) goes to support local multi-arts collaborative The Butterfly Connection. (You can pre-purchase tickets to the event here.)
