Dallas father and son veterans rescued from burning home
James Malone, 85, and Danny Malone (age not specified) were pulled to safety by neighbors early Thursday morning when their home caught on fire. The men, father and son, are both veterans living in a mobile home complex in the 14700 block of Lasater Road in Dallas. Danny Malone had a double hip replacement that makes it difficult for him to get around quickly. He credits his brave neighbors for saving both his and his father's lives.
