Oceanaire Room chef Chad Kelley teaching cooking class at insanely expensive showhome mansion in Dallas’ Preston Hollow
In fact, this insanely expensive showroom mansion dares to be one of the most expensive showhomes built in Dallas history. Top that.
DALLAS Executive Chef Chad Kelley of The Oceanaire Seafood Room at the Westin Galleria shares holiday entertaining ideas at the LUXE Showhome in the Creeks of Preston Hollow on Saturday, December 6, 1:00-2:00pm. Chef Kelley will demonstrate "Holiday Entertaining: Light Bites, Hors d' oeuvres and Festive Cocktails", preparing easy-to-make and easy-to-serve recipes in the Luxe Showhome Kitchen.
The LUXE Showhome - a $11.5 million Mediterranean manse - is filled with airy interiors detailed with the best of the best in stones, tiles, and woods. The two-story library and outdoor bedroom with a fireplace and a waterwall, and many other features of enlightened luxury make this a must-see home. Daring to be one of the most expensive showhomes built in Dallas history, the LUXE Showhome features top level designers and sponsors from all over the country including Mark Moltham of Platinum Series Homes, Texas Capital Bank, Briggs Freeman, Stone Legends, The Kitchen Source, Wood-Mode and more. You read that right: "Daring to be one of the most expensive showhomes built in Dallas history" ... how bold and courageous this LUXE Showhome is! What other showhomes would dare to be such a thing? None, perhaps.
The Luxe Showhome is located at 5020 Elm Hollow Drive in the Creeks of Preston Hollow at the southwest corner of Royal Lane and Inwood Road. Advance tickets are available online for $15 and at the door for $18. Tours are available November 13-December 14, Thursday-Saturday, 11am-5pm; and Sundays 12-5pm. Do you dare to see this most daring of all showhomes? I dare you! To purchase tickets in advance visit here or call 866-309-5509. Proceeds from the LUXE Showhome support Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children and The Junior League of Dallas.
