Circle Theatre in Fort Worth is set to begin the award-winning non-tradition musical, A Very Merry Unauthorized Children’s Scientology Pageant. The show previews on November 20, 21, and 22 (matinee), and then officially opens on Saturday night, November 22.
The story of L. Ron Hubbard's meteoric rise from science fiction writer to leader of a New Age religious empire is re-enacted in this cheeky "unauthorized" rock musical. A cast of jubilant children portray L. Ron Hubbard, Tom Cruise, John Travolta, and the evil alien Xenu, against the backdrop of a traditional nativity pageant.
The show is directed by Jaime Castañeda, and the cast features all youth actors from ages 9-14. Purchase tickets by calling 817-877-3040.
