Landmark Theatres Film Club makes blatant attempt to expand membership

The Landmark Theatre folks (representing the Inwood and the Magnolia here in Dallas) operate a film club which they call, appropriately enough, the Landmark Theatres Film Club (LTFC). To join, one must merely divulge their email address, after which they will receive notices of special screenings, weekly openings, merchandise giveaways and other film-related events.
In order to get you, Joe and Jill Plumber, to sign up for their film club (and thus in roundabout fashion entice you into buying tickets to movies playing at Landmark venues), the shifty promotional arm of the organization is offering the additional inducement of a weekly prize package giveaway. They're couching it in terms of "a holiday gift to you," but we recognize it as a blatant attempt to expand the ranks of their membership.
(Which doesn't negate the fact that they're giving away a bunch of really cool stuff!)
Just by becoming an LTFC member, you'll be automatically entered into weekly drawings for goodies from the following movies and movie-merchandise vendors:
