Haltom City home invader, would-be sexual assailant arrested, jailed
Honestly, the most notable thing about this story is the wording of the headline, which implies in some fashion that it might be a crime to allow onesself to be chased by a person (specifically, a female person) wielding a hammer.
Be that as it may, Felipe Munoz Juarez was arrested on Saturday (Nov. 22) by Haltom City Police who linked him - via fingerprints - to the scene of a break-in and attempted sexual assault at a home in the 5000 block of Huddleston Street.
No word on what type of hammer was involved.
