Fort Worth woman is one of 14 who score pardons from lame-duck President George Bush
President George Bush threw down 14 pardons and commuted the prison sentences of two individuals on Monday.
Crimes pardoned included everything from distribution of marijuana and cocaine to acquisition of food stamps to bank embezzlement.
One local person got a pardon: Brenda Jean Dolenz-Helmer of Fort Worth, Texas, who was convicted of concealing knowledge of a crime. The Associated Press says her conviction was connected to a medical insurance fraud perpetrated by her father, a Dallas doctor.
Two other Texans got pardons: William Hoyle McCright Jr. of Midland, sentenced for making false entries, books, reports or statements to a bank; and Daniel Figh Pue III of Conroe, for illegal treatment, storage, and disposal of a hazardous waste without a permit.

Great. Let's pardon white collar criminals and those that commit crimes against nature. We need to make scarce prison room space room for those dangerous pot smokers.
Can't wait for Bush and what remains of his pathetic administration to get pack'n back to Wacko, TX.
