TWU to ring in the season with Holiday Concert
Traditional and some not-so-familiar holiday tunes will be performed during Texas Woman’s University’s annual Holiday Concert, to be held at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6. The concert will take place in the Margo Jones Performance Hall, located at Oakland and Sawyer streets on TWU’s Denton campus. Admission is $5 per person at the door. For more information, call (940) 898-2500.
The concert will feature TWU’s Concert Choir, Chamber Singers and Flute Choir, along with TWU Professor Emeritus Dr. Thomas K. Brown on the organ. New to the concert this year is TWU’s Brass Ensemble.
The traditional audience sing-along also will be part of this year’s concert.
