TWU holiday concert set for Saturday, December 6
Texas Woman's University will host their traditional annual holiday concert and sing-along this coming Saturday (Dec. 6) at 7:30 p.m. in the Margo Jones Performance Hall (Oakland and Sawyer St.) on the TWU Denton campus.
Performing at the event will be the TWU Concert Choir, the Flute Choir, the Chamber Singers and - new this year - the Brass Ensemble. Professor Emeritus Dr. Thomas K. Brown will fire up the organ (and then play it).
Admission to the concert - which is promised to include both traditional favorites and some not-so-traditional tunes - is $5 at the door.
For more information, call 940-898-2500.
