Chesapeake to brief Arlington residents about how their drilling is going
Arlington City Councilperson Sheri Capehart will be on hand to host a town hall meeting to inform the citizens of District 2 (including the portion of Arlington bounded by I-20 on the north and Matlock Rd. on the east) about the activities of Chesapeake Energy in their fair city.

By "activities," we refer to the drilling of natural gas wells.
The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. on Thurs., Oct. 16 at Carol Holt Elementary School (7321 Ledbetter Rd.).
All Arlington residents are invited to attend, so here's hoping that Carol Holt Elementary is a mighty big facility. (Or that only a few residents actually show up.)
For more information, email Council Coordinator Ellen Brooke at ellen.brooke@arlingtontx.gov, or contact the Office of the Mayor and Council at 817-459-6122.

They're mostly water, so if you dehydrate them they'll all fit in a room.
