Dallas-Fort Worth area sees third-quarter surge in apartment rentals and rates
Apartment rentals and rates in the Dallas-Fort Worth area rose in the third quarter, a big improvement over the first half of the year, which experienced a decline in occupancy because many people got into renting homes rather than going into apartments.
We can gloat over other cities because the national situation has been stuck in a slump. Occupancy locally is at 93.2% and rents rose by 2.9% to a record $766.
