A "sizable amount" of marijuana was found by a city worker along a White Rock lake jogging trail near Walnut Hill Lane and Fair Oaks Avenue. The trail runs from I-635 to White Rock Lake. The find consisted of 27 plants that were seven feet tall and well cared for. Officers don't feel optimistic that they'll find the person who grew them but are gloating that they found them right before harvest. Their estimated street value was $2,700. Warning: Police will be returning to the scene to look for clues and ask questions. If you're smart, you'll stay away from the area. I'm talking to you.

Why can't people mind their own d*mn business and leave well enough alone?
A city worker turned this in? WTF? A sign that the COD needs to hire better quality people.

Ja, one-hunney a plant is pretty damn lame. Then again, can't knock the cop's estimate - they probably get some pretty skimpy rates on their green!

So much for that pit stop while I jogged around the lake. Maybe we can get the DISD teacher to track down the evil planters.
