Above is an example of Big Cheese's top tier of rodent, as you can clearly see by the top hat and cane.
The Big Cheese Rodent Factory, a company that breeds rats and mice for zoos and researchers, has come under attack by neighbors tired of the stench. The factory at 2527 West Dickson Street in Fort Worth is not properly zoned to operate in that neighborhood.
Tonight, the city council will vote whether to change the zoning for the area or to make Big Cheese move out. Seven of nine council members will be required for a majority since so many people have opposed the zoning change. If the council does not approve the zoning measure, Big Cheese will have 30 days to GTFO.
Update: The council voted for the zoning change, albeit a different one than the factory asked for but at least they can stay in business. They also have three weeks to take care of the stench.

Vans Warped Tour 2009 Warped 2009 just began -- Dallas is only the fifth stop -- so Bad Religion, NOFX et al should still be dewy-fresh. Now on its 15th year, the punk tour's gotten tighter, with fewer stages and 40-minute sets instedda 30. Get there early for Colorado duo 3OH!3 and Brit punkers Gallows (pictured, credit Jay West). I hope that if they're shut down, they just release all the rodents into the neighborhood.

The problem with rats is that they do fight back and come back to claim their nest, I recall as a kid in the 1960s down in the Little Mexico neighborhood, by the Amercian Paper Plant on Alamo street, Rats as big as Cats, only they have long tails....the reptile kind, and then you know it is a Rat and not a Cat,and look at the teeth and the way they act.....now Ft Worth rats are much more diffrent then the hamburger and junk loving Dallas rats, and so THE BIG CHEESE has got to come up with another concept, how about bringing in some Mice, then you can hire some Men to come in and kill the Rats, until then Alex Troup , Rat Historian
