UPDATED: Bill Clinton to attend rally for Senate hopeful Rick Noriega
So maybe the Democratic Party isn't giving up on Texas after all: Former President Bill Clinton will be in town on Tuesday, October 14 to attend a rally for U.S. Senate candidate Rick Noriega at Thomas Jefferson High School in Dallas. Other prominent Texas Democratic candidates, such as U.S. Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson, State Rep. Allen Vaught, State Rep. Kirk England and State Rep. Yvonne Davis, are expected to be on hand to cheer him on as well.
If you want to do a little Democratic stargazing, the doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the show starts at 6:30.
UPDATE: He spoke.

alexander troup, says:
I was there last night, in a part of town that had the same kind of events in the 1960s, when the Republicans came into Dallas..... before 1959 Dallas was a Democrat town, meanwhile back at the ranch, Bill Clinton,s energy and majic is still with him, despite the open heart surgery some time back and he is a very unique species of Little Rock fame and service to the County, I Hope Bill gets to play that sax one more time before Jay Leno goes off the air.,,until then Alex Troup...political watch repairman.
