Cost of plasma TV in Dallas City Hall lobby revealed
DALLAS So exactly how much was that 103-inch plasma TV monitor that was recently installed in the lobby of Dallas City Hall -- one of the extreme expenditures made by the Dallas City Council using taxpayer money? Dave Levinthal, who previously cited the Panasonic list price of $69,995, tracked down the real price: $49,999, purchased from Audio Fidelity Communications Corp. in Austin. And that doesn't count installation costs.
