Real Salt Lake 3, FC Dallas 1
FC Dallas seems to have played its last meaningful game of the disappointing 2008 season Saturday night, losing 3-1 to Real Salt Lake in Utah. The loss left FC Dallas at 35 points, four out of the final playoff spot with just one game to play.
FC Dallas played with desperation early on, as they quickly scored the game's first goal in the seventh minute. Marcelo Saragosa picked the perfect time to score his first goal of the season, potting the quickest goal Utah has given up all season.
Unfortunately, Dallas got into penalty trouble, and with the extra attacker Utah was able to score the game-tying goal in the 35th minute, followed by two more strikes in the second half to ice the game.

Tartle, says:
Time for a new manager - this one has proven his worth.
This is the first time, in 20+ years of supporting various football clubs, that I have ever thought that:
Even I could do better
