North Garland High School bans hoodies
North Garland High School has banned hoodies, apparently for security reasons. If there is an altercation between students and someone pulls down their hoodie, faces cannot be seen and blame for who did what when to whom cannot be placed. And we thought high school dress codes couldn't get more ridiculous. Maybe one of the kids will get frost bite on their ears this winter and the school will get sued.

Blaming a garment for criminal behavior is silly. Hoodies don't assault people, people assault people
