Texas Attorney General’s review request in Charles Hood case dismissed
In what was seen as an unusual move, the Texas Attorney General's office requested a review of the alleged romantic relationship between the judge and prosecutor in Charles Dean Hood's case. On Friday, the Texas Appeals Court dismissed the writ, claiming it to be exactly the same as a prior claim and, as stated in the DMN article, "not properly before this court."
