Dallas iMedia Network to hold S3 = Student Success Summit
Register today for Dallas iMedia Network's first annual "S3 = Student Success Summit." The Saturday, September 13 event is presented FREE to 8th and 9th grade >students and their parent or caregiver at the Meyerson Symphony Center.
The event runs from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and features motivational speaker and author Stedman Graham with his "Nine Step Plan for Success"; a luncheon panel moderated by Microsoft's Raamel Mitchell with ESPN Commentator and WNBA star Nancy Lieberman, DISD administrator Dr. Liliana Valadez and others; afternoon workshops for students and parents; exhibitors; door prizes; and a mini-concert -- all to encourage and inspire students to stay in school. Lunch will be provided to participants.
