One Arts Plaza and Briggs Freeman Real Estate Brokerage are hosting Thursday Night Lights, featuring night views of Dallas, a complimentary glass of wine, and the casual sophistication of One Arts' luxury residences. Beginning Thursday, September 11 from 8 to 10 p.m. through the fall, One Arts guests will enjoy spectacular views of the city from a 22nd-floor residence of One Arts Plaza, the urban masterpiece created by architect Lionel Morrison. No reservations are required.

Swing by before or after dinner at one of One Arts' new restaurants, linger in the plaza for live entertainment each Thursday from 8 until 10 p.m., or simply sit and enjoy the culture of one of the premiere arts districts in the country.

"With only 16 condos remaining at One Arts Plaza, it's a great time for buyers to come down and see the opportunities that are here," remarks Becky Frey of Briggs Freeman Real Estate Brokerage, the exclusive broker for One Arts. "Anyone can take advantage of this opportunity to enjoy one of the new restaurants in the Plaza and then come up to enjoy a glass of wine, and see the nighttime views either before or after dinner. Please come on Thursday night to see what One Arts has to offer."

One Arts Plaza opened in March 2007 with the move-in of 7-Eleven Inc., who occupies 60 percent of the office space, followed by architectural firm Morrison Seifert Murphy and the opening of 7-Eleven's flagship retail store in April 2007.

In 2008, One Arts welcomed the opening of Renée Rouleau Skin Care Spa in January, followed by restaurants Dali Wine Bar and Cellar, Screen Door, Tei An, and Jorge's Tex-Mex; Fedora's Italian Bistro will open in late October.
