Four free(ish) music festivals announced for downtown Dallas
The 2008 Main Street Live Festival features four separate concerts planned from late September through the beginning of November. The shows, taking place at Pegasus Plaza in downtown Dallas, are free before 5 p.m., however, you can shell out the $10-$15 to guarantee admittance.

- Fair to Midland / Lions / The Feds / Mothers Anthem / Loaded Moses / Dead Twins - October 4
- Reverend Horton Heat / The Riverboat Gamblers / Vallejo / Record Hop / The Drams / Phil Pritchett - October 18
- Mae / Black Tie Dynasty / The New Frontiers / Homer Hiccolm / Blowing Trees / The Burning Hotels - November 1
